West Landing Specific Plan Info Lodi Realtors West Landing Specific Plan – Statistics Residential – up to 3,600 new dwelling units Commercial – up to 800,000 square feet Business Park – up to 1,000,000 square feet Annexed in 2012 but development has not yet taken place. City is looking to extend backbone sewer and water services to the area over the next two years. West Landing Specific Plan area also include properties controlled by G3 Enterprises and Stanislaus County east of Crows Landing Road.
