1. Installing iHRIS on VMWare
Install iHRIS Software on a ”Virtual Computer”
Register and Download VMWare Player from:
Run installation .exe file
Accept the Software License

2. Creating A Virtual Machine
Create a New Virtual Machine

3. Creating a Virutal Machine
Select Install Source (iHRIS Live DVD)

4. Creating A Virutal Machine
Select Disk Capacity

5. Creating A Virtual Machine
Choose Ubuntu user name and password

6. Ubuntu Install Ubuntu and iHRIS will now install
Click on iHRIS Icon on Desktop
Administrative User: i2ce_admin
Password: manage
Make sure that you install the VMWare tools!

7. Accessing iHRIS From Windows
Set the Virtual Machine's Network to NAT
Reboot Virtual Machine
Open a Terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal) type ipconfig and then look at eth0 and the inet addr: will be the Guest_IP_Address part you'll use on windows

8. Acessing iHRIS From Local Network

Click on NAT Settings for Ubuntu Virtual Machine
You will see Gateway IP Address This is your HOST IP Adress
Click on Port Forwarding
Click on Add button
Host Port: 80 (or 8080 if you use Skype)
Virtual Machine IP Adress: GUEST_IP_ADDRESS
