Role & Responsibility of the Contractor Standard Specification Sub-clause 504: “ The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for his approval, the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)which shall be based on the detailed Program of the Works as per SS Sub-clause 116” Once Division Chief approves the QAP, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to maintain/control quality of the Works as per the approved QAP.
