FOREIGN POLICY Foreign Aid Goal – to create friendships abroad and foster future trading partners Forms – economic, military, advice Military Goal – prevent war and protect the U.S. Treaties Goal – negotiate peaceful agreements with other nations Who’s involved? – President signs with 2/3 of Senate approval
