INSARAG Guidelines Volume I External Consultation Process The Global INSARAG Network, OCHA, NGO’s and other organizations have actively responded with constructive feedback to Volume I. The GRG Chair and the Secretariat have received 79 comments from 16 Member States (official response), and OCHA, including NGO’s
