2 Preface Sacramento City College Preface Fiscal Year 2010-11 The Sacramento City College Fact Book is a web-based resource for current and trend data on Sacramento City College (SCC) student characteristics, outcomes, and course offerings. SCC is a two-year community college serving the residents of the greater Sacramento region. This Fact Book has been created to answer many frequently-asked questions about our students and course offerings for both internal and external audiences. We will publish “current data” as it becomes available, while reporting trend data to provide a longitudinal look at changes in our student population and enrollments. The source for the data provided in the Fact Book is the Los Rios Community College District (LRCCD) student files and schedule files. (Note: the source file is listed at the bottom of each data page.) We hope you find this information helpful. We are available to answer any additional questions you may have about our College. Please contact the Research Analyst in the Office of Planning, Research and Institutional Effectiveness at (916) 558-2334, or visit us on line at: http://www.scc.losrios.edu/x10517.xml http://www.scc.losrios.edu/x10517.xml
