9 Dr Carissa Etienne Assistant Director-General Health Systems and Services 9 Conclusions The International Health Partnership (IHP+) provides the opportunity: –To attract more predictable financing to health; –To improve the impact of collective efforts; –To expand the successes of HIV+ activism to the whole health sector; –To strengthen the response to HIV/AIDS and chronic care.
