An Overview of Suntek Services What We Do… We have been Providing Solutions to *Academia for Training - We Assess and Train - To build Talent Pool * Industry for Talent - We Source Talent Pool to Industry How We Do… Suntek Services Process For 1 st and 2 nd Year Students – The objective is to build their skill and attitude to equip them to be Ready-2-Hire or Trainable-2-Hire Step 1: Conduct Pre-Assessment to Evaluate Skills, Attitude and Learning Curve Step 2: Join all of them in Suntek LinkedIn IT Professionals Group to participate in Daily Suntek Web Activity Step 3: Categorize students into respective batches based upon their Pre-Assessment Performance Step 4: Customize their courses, based upon their category of batches & Impart Training with Comprehensive Regular Evaluations For 3 rd and 4 th Year Students – The Objective is to Identify and Build “Ready-2-Hire (R2H)” Talent Pool by June every year Step 1: Conduct Suntek Hiring Potential Assessment (HPA) – An IT MNC Pattern Screening – In July every year Step 2: Arrive at 5 Categories. 1.R2HP (Ready-2-Hire-For IT Product Companies), 2.R2HS (Ready-2-Hire-For IT Service Companies), 3.T2HP (Trainable-2-Hire-For IT Product Companies), 4.T2HS (Trainable-2-Hire-For IT Service Companies), 5.T2BF (Not Ready-2-Hire nor Trainable-2-Hire For both Product and Service. Trainable to Build with a Foundation) Step 3: Join all of them in Suntek LinkedIn IT Professionals Group to participate in Daily Suntek Web Activity Step 4: Impart Respective Customized Training to all 5 categories with Comprehensive Regular Evaluations Step 5: After every category of Training conduct a Post HPA to promote the successful students to next category Step 6: After series of required Assessments & Trainings, conduct Final HPA in June every year to build a final Talent Pool Step 7: Provide the Talent Pool to respective IT Product and Service Companies for Recruitment from July every year

Hiring Potential Assessment – HPA An IT MNC Pattern Recruitment Process HPA Level 1: It is an online Multiple Choice Questions Round. It has Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, Verbal Ability, C Programming, DS, Algorithms, DBMS, Networks and Java. The selects will go to Level 2 and rejects are considered for Foundation Program. HPA Level 2: It is an online Coding Test. We assess the candidate Programming Ability. Candidate can choose any one of the seven technologies to write the code. The options are available in the tool. The selects will go to Level 3 and rejects are considered for Foundation Program. HPA Level 3: It is a Group Discussion and Group Interview Round. We assess the Corporate Communication and Behavior with GD. We cross check the IT programming skills with a Group Technical Interview. The selects will go to Level 4 and rejects are considered for TEKPRO, an IT Product or Service Company specific training. HPA Level 4: It is a Face to Face Interview. We understand the IT and HR aspects of the candidate with a face to face interaction. The selects will fall into Talent Pool and rejects are considered for TEKPRO, an IT Product or Service Company specific training.

Service Model – Suntek Corp Step 1: Every year Suntek conducts Hiring Potential Assessment (HPA) for 3 rd and 4 th Year students in 1 st semester to identify and build Ready-2-Hire Talent Pool for Campus and Off Campus Recruitments. HPA is an IT Company Pattern Recruitment. Step 2: Identify probable Ready-2-Hire (R2H) Profiles and maintain in Talent Pool. Step 3: Identify Trainable-2-Hire for IT Product and Service Companies. Suntek trains them specific to such company requirements. A Post HPA is organized, after training, to identify Ready-2-Hire profiles. Such profiles are maintained in Talent Pool. Step 4: Identify profiles who are not Ready-To-Hire nor Trainable-2-Hire. Suntek conducts EMPRO, a foundation program to build them to Trainable-2-Hire or Ready-2-Hire levels. A Post HPA is organized to understand their post foundation levels. The profiles who become Ready-2-Hire are also routed to Talent Pool. Step 5: In march, it organizes a Final HPA for all the students who are maintained in Talent Pool and arrives at Final Ready-2-Hire Profiles. Step 6: Suntek will share this pool with its IT Hiring Partners for their internal selection and Deployment. Please look at adjacent figure for a better understanding.

Suntek Web Activity Suntek Web Activity is an Online platform for 1.Information Sharing, 2.Discussions, 3.Events Participation and 4.Network Building. 5 things that SWA focuses on: 1) Building Strong LinkedIn Profile: Create a professional online presence for students on LinkedIn 2) Network Building: For Professional Engagement and Connections 3) Show casing Internship opportunities: For Corporate practical exposure 4) Connecting Mentors: Specific to branch of study from Industry 5) Certifications: A value add to students profile This group includes 1. Students of all years of engineering. 2. Industry Professionals from IT and Core Engineering. 3. Faculty, HODs, Administrators and College Management. 4. Parents or Family Members of Students Student Activities: 1. Information Sharing: Any Participant can post the useful information. 2. Interactions: Students can interact with professionals and get guidance. 3. Events: Students can participate in events like code master and solution maestro. These activities are focused on engaging students in active learning and development of critical thinking skills

Assessed Pool – R2HP – Case Study - Kony India Suntek is an Hiring Partner of Kony India Pvt Ltd. Kony were in need of 100 Interns for its Product Division for the year 2016-17. The eligibility was 70% in B.Tech, 60% in Inter and Tenth. Only CSE and IT streams with no Backlogs. Suntek have to build Assessed Pool for Kony’s final round of Interview. Suntek designed an Assessment to identify competent students in 3 rounds. Rounds are 1.MCQs Online Test, 2.Online Coding Test and 3.Technical / HR Interview. Suntek conducted drive for around 1500 eligible students in South India. It has provided 160 Assessed Pool out of which 51 got selected. Almost 1:3 conversion. On an usual note, Kony used to conduct Pool Drives in colleges where they select 2 to 4 from 3000.

Trained Pool – T2H - Success Story (JPMC, VISA, ADP, Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Cape Gemini, Deloitte, Tech M) Suntek has associated as a Training Partner to colleges like GNITS, MGIT, MVSR and More Suntek organizes a Pre-Recruitment Training for IT Product and Service Companies visiting these campuses. The general eligibility would be minimum 60% in B.Tech, Inter and Tenth. All streams with no Backlogs. An initial HPA shall be organized to identify students who are trainable for Product and Service Companies. Training is offered separately for IT Product and Service Companies Aspirants.
