1.Cut food into bite- sized pieces. 2.Cut food into fun shapes. 3.Serve meals at the same time daily.

4.Include foods with different textures (smooth, rough, creamy, crunchy, crumbly, and chewy). 5.Introduce new foods slowly but one at time. 6.Include food from ALL food groups.

7.Play with children during the day to build good appetites. 8.Have children help clean the table after meals. 9.Use eating utensils that are the right size for them
