Non-participant ● Single Event SCCA MINOR WAIVERS If only one parent is attending the weekend event you can still use the waiver. Use the following waivers: 1.SCCA Minor SCCA Official 1068 2.SCCA Minor FL SCCA Official 1895 One parent’s signature Have the signature witnessed by a SCCA Official at the event. Write the event name and date at the top of the form. This waiver will only be valid for that weekend’s event. Valid for a spectator/cold pass. The minor CANNOT participate or go into a HOT area. Minor Pass for Only a Grandparent or Friend – In order for an adult member to bring their grandchild, niece, nephew or child’s friend(s) to a NON-SPECTATOR race weekend event you can give the parents of the child a waiver to complete in advance of the event and have a Hard Card issued by the National Office. Use the appropriate minor waiver as described in previous slide.

CA Example: SCCA Adult CA Annual Waiver 1306 -You only have to use this form if you are having it notarized in the state of CALIFORNIA. *If you are planning to attend an event in California but you live in Oregon and have an Annual Waiver notarized in Oregon you will use the general form, SCCA Adult Annual Waiver 1306. Same if you live in California but have an annual waiver notarized in Oregon, you’ll use SCCA Adult Annual Waiver 1306. *While at an SCCA event in California and want to complete an Annual Waiver you can use the general form, SCCA Adult Annual Waiver 1306, and have it witnessed by an SCCA Official. If you hold events in Florida, use these forms. Note: If you hold Solo/RR/RX, etc at venues other than permanent race tracks like Daytona Intl Speedway or Sebring Intl Raceway then you will need to use the minor waivers listed at the bottom of the chart.

1. Only those 18 years of age and older should sign the Adult Waiver…no exceptions. Minor names SHOULD NOT appear on adult waivers and adults should NOT sign for a minor on an adult waiver. 2. SCCA National Office must receive ALL ORIGINAL Annual Waiver forms collected at events. 3. All SCCA-sanctioned events carry spectator insurance. Minors and adults may be allowed into an event without signing a waiver and will be covered under the Spectator Liability Coverage. They are not allowed in “restricted” areas and should remain in public areas where they are not exposed to increased risk. 4. Waiver Expiration Date – All Annual Waivers will expire on December 31 st of the year they were signed. Other Waiver Rules:
