Elections Guidelines - Candidates All candidates except one will leave the room Candidates have 2 minutes to speak Each group of candidates for an Executive position will be asked the same question chosen from an audience-submitted pool Each candidate will have 1 minute to answer

Elections Guidelines – Discussion Pros and Cons The president will choose someone whose hand is raised to state a pro or con for any candidate 20 seconds max per person Time Allotted: 3 minutes times # of candidates for President 2 minutes times # of candidates for other Executive Positions 1 minute times # of candidates for Core Positions

Elections Guidelines - Voting If you are not present for all speeches for a position, you will not be voting Closed eyes, hands up vote Majority wins If no majority, runoff between top two candidates Vote on positions in order of constitution Executive: President, Vice President of Internal Affairs, Vice President of External Affairs, Treasurer, Communications Director, M&M Coordinator Core: Networking Director, Fundraising Director, Chapter Development Chairs, Webmaster, BEC Representative, Athletics Director
