Deliverables Questionnaire Development Standard TalentMap survey instrument; Saskatchewan Polytechnic can add, delete and or edit up to 20 questions within the TGC+ survey template. Action: Survey Mapping: Review of your previous survey instrument and mapping of questions to our current instrument. Saskatchewan Polytechnic to provide final approval of pre-programmed survey You may change the following words : “my organization” to “Saskatchewan Polytechnic” throughout the survey “customer” to “client” or other client-specific term throughout the survey “manager” to “supervisor” or other client-specific term throughout the survey “competitors” to other client-specific term throughout the survey “senior leadership” to “executive team” or other client-specific term throughout the survey If you think you would like to make some of the above modifications, please do so as follows: Text to be deleted is highlighted in red with strikethrough Text to be added or changed is highlighted in yellow For example, “My career aspirations can be achieved at this organization Saskatchewan Polytechnic”. Communication Package TalentMap has developed internal communication templates for our clients to use when communicating with employees about the engagement survey. Please note, Saskatchewan Polytechnic would be responsible for sending the “CEO to Manager”, “CEO to Staff”, and “Thank you” emails should they wish to. TalentMap will send the survey invitation including the link to the access survey, reminder emails, and a final reminder email on close day. Action: Saskatchewan Polytechnic to provide final communications Survey Posters TalentMap has a poster designed to bring awareness to your employees; these are available in both English and French and provided free of charge (to a maximum of 10.) Action: Would you like posters? How many? Logo TalentMap co-brands the employee engagement survey and all reports with Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Action Provide TalentMap with Saskatchewan Polytechnic logos (high quality.jpg format) Deliverables 7

HRIS (Human Resources Information System) The HRIS is the document that provides us with all the staff information. It is what we use to deploy the survey. You can add additional demographic columns to assist in your reporting requirements. Action: Saskatchewan Polytechnic to provide TalentMap a draft HRIS, once reviewed a FINAL hris before programming begins Note - HRIS is allowed to be altered once at no charge while survey is live to accommodate potential bounce back emails. Executive Report TalentMap will provide Saskatchewan Polytechnic with an Executive Report in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. This report includes overall scores for Saskatchewan Polytechnic, comparison to external TalentMap benchmark data, and comparison to your previous period data for mapped questions. Action: Determine which demographic group filters will be used for reporting. Confirm which benchmark will be used for comparison purposes. A preview of results (first look at data) can be scheduled 15 business days or later from survey close date. Survey extensions will affect report delivery dates. A final onsite presentation to the SLT can be scheduled for anytime after the preview. Based on consultant availability. Travel charges billed back to client. Overall Verbatim Comment Report TalentMap will provide Saskatchewan Polytechnic with an overall report of verbatim comments in MS Word format. The comments are not scrubbed/cleaned and appear in the order they were asked on the questionnaire. Note that comments can be filtered using the online report tool. Of Note… Reporting Specification Once draft HRIS is submitted, the information is reviewed for potential errors and reporting recommendations. In this meeting we will: Review HRIS categories Discuss impact of HRIS on reports Complete report specification template HRIS Reporting: 10

Whitelisting Process Saskatchewan Polytechnic to provide TM with name of IT contact and email address. TM to provide IT contact with whitelisting protocols/instructions. Online testing conducted with IT. Action: Provide TalentMap with Primary IT Contact name and email address Timeline This document provides you with an overview of your Saskatchewan Polytechnic timeline along with important key dates. All due dates outlined in the timeline are critical, missing a due date can result in the delayed launch of your survey. Once we receive FINAL documents (documentation (pre-programmed surveys, HRIS, communication templates, etc.) changes that occur after the FINAL approval will incur costs and possibly delay the launch of your survey. Due Dates: The due dates outlined in the agreed upon Saskatchewan Polytechnic timeline are critical. Missing a due date can result in the delayed launch of your survey. Deliverables Continued 11

Alsobe scheduled ) Online Report/Response Rate Tool Training On the day of launch Saskatchewan Polytechnic will be provided with access to survey results and response rates on our online reporting tool. The tool gives you the opportunity to run your own reports using any filters provided in the HRIS as well as running live response rates. We will also regularly monitor response rates and advise if response rates are low and if so, provide suggestions for improvement. Billing Details: License fees billed upon signing of contract Deployment fees billed when survey launches. Reporting fees billed upon delivery of reports. Out of scope items are processed through change orders – any out of scope items are first discussed with the client and where agreed upon, a change order is issued. Note, there is a minimum change order fee of $200.00. Of Note… 12
