How Sync works (Cloud) Amber has been given access via Outlook on September 1st, 2016 and no matter how much data she had, we retrieved: her emails until August 2nd (30 days in the past) all her contacts all calendar entries in the future and up to 30 days of calendar entries in the past. How Sync works (Cloud) Six months later, on February 1st, 2017; she loses her laptop and needs to setup Outlook in the new laptop. Since she started using Outlook on September 1st, 2016; when she configures Outlook again, we will sync: all her emails starting August 2nd, 2016 all her contacts all calendar entries starting August 2nd, 2016 and all upcoming calendar entries in the future 29
