Zero Energy Now: 2016 3 2016 CEED funds have resulted in the completed Zero Energy Now Program Program Plan Developed with Stakeholder Review & Input Eligibility Requirements Finalized & Clarified Guarantees Developed and in place Contractors recruited, reviewed & selected Two trainings held for BPPA & REV contractors and installers EUSAVE tool developed and being utilized Marketing Firm Hired, Marketing Plan Developed and Implemented More than 15 Outreach Events (over 200 attendees) Press Event & Radio Shows Ongoing coordination with stakeholders Clarification of savings, ongoing reporting

Zero Energy Now: 2016 5 Project status as of 9/14/16: Three completed jobs 35 entered into EUSAVE database Spoke with 10 out of 16 contractors this week: 15 firm jobs Additional 16 maybe/probably Plus more jobs expected from 6 other contractors not yet reached Expect 30 – 50 completed projects in 2016 Just enrolled new key contractor in Addison County: Multiple likely projects already Panton involvement

Zero Energy Now: 2017 6 Transition to Efficiency Vermont Developing MOU with EVT to add a new “deep energy retrofit” tier to Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program Weatherization Heat Pumps CEED would layer PV onto this new tier Continuation of comprehensive existing homes offering

Zero Energy Now: 2017 7 Proposal Elements: Coordination and transition of Zero Energy Now program elements to EVT Contractor training to facilitate the transition Town Energy Committee outreach and coordination during transition Incentives for 40 projects $50/MMBtu savings, up to $1000 Project management and BPPA administrative fee
