8.  In gland seal valve set point was given through pneumatic PID controller for its operation.  Its failure will result in tripping of TG.  Now a bypass arrangement is made in which input signal is given through I/P converter and whose output is given to gland seal control valve.  Set point is given through PID which is programmed in DCS  Benefits:- Tripping can be avoided. Maintenance & spare cost of Controller is reduced

9.  Fuji make CO analyzer is installed in Boiler-2.  In CO analyzer the value is oscillating form negative to positive and at last it is showing max value 9999.  The Analyzer also showing Error no-3 which means circuit is faulty.  Action taken :- Detector voltage set as per given voltage.  Counter set 40000  Sensor signal voltage set to1.8V.

10.  Cooling coil replace with new one in Package AC-1  Its wiring modification done as per requirement  Protection circuit is now in line.

11.  Check Charging and discharging cycle of Battery bank and replace faulty batteries.

12.  Work permit and work clearance system implementation through ERP.

13.  Life of FGD plant PH sensor.

14.  Replace all JORC make ADV with Solenoid valve.  AC450 DCS upgradation.  GPP-1 UPS battery bank replacement.
