All rights reserved. 1 - 7 Searching for Site Records Search capability for finding existing records is available in two modes: Simple Search enables searching when some specific information such as name or site number is known. Advanced Search provides searching using multiple search criteria and conditional qualifiers.

All rights reserved. 1 - 9 Advanced Search For the advanced search function, select specific attribute values and conditional qualifiers for a focused search result set. For example — you can search sites: In a particular location With specific facilities And specific operating hours

All rights reserved. 1 - 15 Creating New Site Records After entering basic information, address, and purpose, you can save your site record—or add more detail. The Detail Information page displays Attributes and Attachments tabs: Attributes—if attribute pages have been created—add specific site data to pages. Attachments—add documents, URLs, text, and other attachments.

Trade Areas are shown as concentric circles around sites. Attribute Pages for a selected site display in a dialog box. You can use different graphics for site icon markers.

The Key Site is the site you use to access the map. Key sites are the focal point for comparisons. You can perform these actions on selected sites.

The grouping is at one level only. Examples can include site groups with: Specific annual revenue range and size Retail stores for a particular company Geographic based groupings

You can drilldown to specific site records. Nodes are created below the hierarchy record. Sites are added to nodes. If you select the record, you can view site details.
