Sons and heirs Before faith we were kept by the law Slave Bondage under the elements of the world How is it that turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire to be in bondage to? You observe days and months and seasons and years I’m afraid for you, lest I have laboured in vain But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor (law) Sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ (Gal 3:26) If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise You are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Jesus Christ (Gal 4:7)
