2. “…Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? …Are you not worth much more than they? …Will He not much more clothe you? …Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these thing” Matthew 6:25, 26, 30, 32

4. Disobediently partaking of the knowledge of good and evil opened Adam and Eve’s eyes (Genesis 3:6-7, 10). God provided at that time what they could not do for themselves (Genesis 3:21).

5. Sin multiplied (Genesis 6:5, 11). God had to make provision to save the man of faith (Genesis 6:8-9, 13-14). “Thus Noah did, according to all that God had commanded him, so he did.” (6:22) Hebrews 11:7

6. God tested Abraham’s faith (Genesis 2:2, 3). Hebrews 11:17-19 God provided a ram in place of Abraham’s son (Genesis 22:7-8, 13). “The L ORD Will Provide, as it is said to this day, ‘In the mount of the L ORD it will be provided.’” (22:14)

7. Joseph’s dreams turned into a nightmareous life (Genesis 37:3-11). Going from bad to worse (37:28, 36; 39:20) God placed Joseph in the right spot at the right time to deliver Jacob’s family (Genesis 45:4-8).
