HQVET Educational Module has been carried out in: 2 vocational schools: 1.Obchodná Akadémia Veľký Meďer 30.03.2016 17 students 2. Stredná Odborná Škola Rozvoja Vidieka s vyučovacím jazykom maďarským – Dunajská Streda 31.05.2016 23 students

High quality of vocational education and training – European best methods to improve VET systems The project is focusing on the exchange of experiences and information in the field of vocational education and training with focus on vocational school students

Partners Napra Forgó Rehabilitációs Szolgáltató Nonprofit Közhasznú Kft. Hungary non-profit organisation, their aim is to help disadvantaged people to get back to the labour market Istituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali Italy non-profit private organisation, they deliver e-learning post- diploma and post-graduate training for young unemployed

Aims of the project to facilitate school-to-work transition of young people to enhance the quality of vocational education to help young people to suceed in the word of work to highlight the importance of career guidence

International cooperation It allows us to explore the situation in partners´regions in the field of vocational education and training of young people by exchange of informations By exchange of information and experiences on international level, partner institutions can use the materials for professional consulting services, mainly in preventive counseling and career guidance

Implementation with the help of questionnaires we did map the labour market situation in the partners´regions and we did determine the plans and motivations of the target group

Students formulated their: professional needs plans for future practical satisfaction own perspectives

Evaluation of the questionnaire 46% are not satisfied with their practical knowledge 64% is happy with the school they have choosen 40% does not have plans for the future 70% wants to work in their field of study 83% believe they can easily find a job within the first 6 months

Most important skills and attitudes to get a job 1.reliability 2.problem solving capacity 3.work ethics/discipline 4.capability to work independently 5. willingness to learn

Key factors to get a job 1.own skills and professional knowledge 2.social contacts 3.ability to present myself positively 4.information sources 5.luck 6.parents

Most important factors in a workplace 1.good salary 2.flexible working hours and permanent contract 3.good working atmosphere 4.good relations with collegues 5.professional career development for the Hungarian and Slovak students good salary is the most important meanwhile for the Italian students it is their career development
