6 Our Approach to Risk Phase 1: Operational Establish time lines, discuss unique client needs, review client contracts, source local brokers Phase 2: Investigate Discuss risk management approach, interview key stakeholders, obtain underwriting information, review the organizations legal structure and review safety & security plans Phase 3: Program Design & Marketing Identify compulsory coverage, specific local exposures, determine coverage needs, ensure program is compliant and send to markets. Phase 4: Implementation Bind the coverage, notify local partner of what to expect from the local carrier, review service level expectations, follow up w/ local partner to ensure coverage has been issued. Phase 5: Service Set up service schedule, check in thought the policy term and start renewal 120 days out.
