4.  Increase in number and types of clients – increased reading, paperwork, etc.  Increase in logistic challenges  RDS Access, Recording/Clinic Tech Challenges - Lalla  Scheduling Challenges –  Client - Start with Supervisor  Student – Jen  Multiple Supervisors with different styles and expectations  Dark, dreary days

5.  Use a planning system  Use the Practicum Agenda and other resources on infoCDS  Talk to your cohort  Plan ahead- allow a business day for supervisor feedback  Clarify expectations with your supervisor upfront  Complete documentation as soon as you are able/don’t delay!  SOAPs after your session  ITP background after your interview  Lesson Plans after session or right after supervisory meeting

6.  Practice Good Self Care  Plan meals and snacks for the week  Exercise  Sleep  Get Outside  Plan some time to be with those you care about  Communicate and Advocate – Don’t Delay
