3 Springboard Builds confidence and self-belief taking into account assertiveness, stress etc. (4 x 1 day workshops) 12 development programmes, equates to 4% (278 people) of the support staff in C&P B1-4 and B5-7 cohorts Less than 10% attrition; mainly due to sickness and work commitments 89% of attendees felt it enabled them to do their job more effectively, 90% felt they had more control over their future as a result of the programme “I have grown as a person and have reassessed both my work and home and who I am. I feel energised in moving forward and will be encouraging other woman to sign up without delay. Thank you so much for this opportunity, I will miss my monthly sessions but am looking forward to meeting up with my new springboard ladies in the future.” @NHS_HealthEdEng

4 Step into my Shoes CEO identified need to support Director/ AD 17 candidates: 6 CEO/ AOs  50% felt the programme supported their learning objectives  70% found the sessions useful, particularly connecting with a senior leader outside of their organisation  Learning points included: o Personal resilience and challenges during careers o Importance of visibility in leadership o Managing complexity and ambiguity o Role of leaders in growing and fostering talent o Honest and frank conversations

5 Improvement Leaders Enabling leaders to develop their leadership and service improvement capabilities in order to lead system innovation 4 Collaborations –Better Together Programme: the Luton Health and Social Care System to support the development of an integrated adult teams (CCS) –System Transformation: Chronic respiratory pathway, focusing on anxiety and depression (CPFT and Primary Care) –Children and Young People: Service redesign programme for children and young people pathway (CCS) –Older Peoples Medicine, Acute Medicine and Surgical Services: Hinchingbrooke: pilot and test an emergency short stay care pathways for frail older people with complex conditions (Hinch) –Peterborough Collaborative: designing and introducing an interstitial lung disease pathway (Pboro)
