2. Who we are. T. C. Agia Skepi runs a number of programs, their main aim is to assist long term Drug Addicts to stay clean and away from the use of Legal and Illegal Substances..We are a rehabilitation centre for this population and their close environment ( ie family, father mother spouse and children's) and we struggle towards achieving change in an absolute manner so as to burry the past of Drug use and it’s side effects. “Investing in Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation” Nicosia, 28/09/2016

3. Scarce resource – Time! It’s maximization of return therapeutically and otherwise.Closed program – 24 hours/day. Our “clients” spend their whole time within our program’s framework (with minor exceptions – weekly 8 hour leave depending on their therapy progress)..Too many time in our hands to make the most out of it. 5. Therapeutic Benefits of the project -Our products are positioned on supermarkets shelves in a competitive enviroment. Our products do not receive any favorable treatment (Slow moving products are banned from the shelve like any other product. Hence we are running a business in real market conditions -No prior work experience -Specific mission to accomplish ie organize their tasks, efficient, report etc -Cooperate with “colleagues” Develop interpersonal skills. Other benefits -Minimizing need for Government and Social Funding and eventually the goal is to make it on our own 100% -Our Organization sends a clear message to our inhouse “clients” “Stand on your own feet, and fight just like everybody does” -Profit Yes we do make a profit (no one enjoys personally but is directly used to fund our total operations) -Our customers are more willing to support us We do not beg for their money with nothing in return. In return the get descend products with money that would have been spent on such products anyway -We make a powerful yet discrete Social Statement ”We are here and we are fig hting just like everyone” and society gets to know our actions in a beautiful way
