Each reader affirms (or not) that substantial evidence was presented to justify the district’s response to the required action (which may include not addressing further an AdvancEd recommendation, if justified appropriately.) Recommendations by readers are then ratified by the National Accreditation Commission in an annual review of all schools and districts
