14 Your Turn Take 2 quiet minutes to think of some situations that these stories remind you of. You can also review the list you made. Add a few new things to your list. You will be telling some of these stories to friends. Be sure to establish the situation as you begin telling your story and before you tell the problem/challenge. D. 15 Quick Tell and Switch Instructions Using your crayon, tell your story to a friend with quick illustrations in one box. The first part you draw should establish the situation then you can add more to your sketch When the timer goes off (2 minutes) the friend tells and sketches their story. When the next timer goes off (2 minutes) switch crayons & friends and tell another story using a different square on your paper. You cannot switch crayons with another student that has the same color of crayon you have already used D. Mock ©Davis School District Farmington, UT 2011-2012
