Here are the rules: Masculine Nouns Ending with: SingularPlural -o change to -i -e -i -consonant- leave consonant

C’è and Ci sono In Italian we use “C’è” OR “Ci sono” to talk about the existence of people or things. Esempi: -C’è uno studente. (To talk about one person or thing.) -Ci sono trenta studenti. (To talk about more than one person or thing.)
