2. The first Seven Goals Make personal contact and open the opportunity to share about Jesus’ love with 150 Hispanic families (400 people) in Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Walker, and Grandville between July-June 2007 Develop core team of 40 people (20 Anglos & 20 Hispanics).

3. Promote Esperanza Covenant Church in the four main sectors of this community; school districts, community-base organizations, business and the Hispanic Community in general. Develop a prayer group of 10 people committed to pray for this church and the Hispanic Community.

4. Initiate a discipleship class with 10-12 new believers during the first year. Recruit at least two people responsible to lead the following ministries; children, worship, family counseling, prayer, family bible groups and finances. Have at least six preview services

5. Outcomes for the first year Have at least 120 people in attendance during the first official service in 11 months from now. Keep a core team of 40 people Accomplish the 80% of the strategies and activities. Have a data base of 300 people Have in place all the communication tools (brochures, flyers, business cards, postcards, etc).

6. Outcomes continued…. One bible study in home Connected with the 30 % of all sectors mentioned in the goal #4 Have in place a fiscal management piece and finances system (including the 501c3) 10 people as part of the prayer team praying every week Have three musicians committed to the worship team.

7. Evaluations Revise this plan every month with the core team and coach. Provide monthly reports to the conference Provide monthly reports for church staff and leaders.
