January 2004 Brian Mathews - AbsoluteValue Systems, Glyn Roberts – ST Microelectronics IEEE doc: IEEE 802.11-04/0083-00 Submission Summary of Activities January 2004 IEEE 802.11/.15 Publicity Standing Committee January 2004 – Vancouver Summary of Activities and Future Plans The Publicity Committee (PC) held one meeting for the week of Januaryr xx, 2004 chaired by Brian Mathews PC Chair 802.11 and Glyn Roberts PC Chair for 802.15. Summary update reports were received from Zigbee Alliance, WiFi Alliance, WiMedia Alliance. The meeting closed with a general discussion of press coverage of 802.11/15 topics. At the IEEE 802Wireless Interim session in March the PC will receive reports from industry groups, discuss press coverage of 802.11 and 802.15, review press release draft text, and discuss any needed changes to 802.11/15 external communications.
