28 Presentation Title Slide Title Recruitment Workshop CATALOG CHANGES  A copy of the Procedures for Approving Graduate Program Catalog Changes are in your folders.  There are three levels of approval for proposed graduate catalog changes: I.Represents approval process for significant changes that require full faculty governance (UGPC, UGC, UFS) approval prior to being submitted to the Office of the Registrar. II.Represents approval process for changes less-substantial than level I that require GPC and UGC approval prior to being submitted to the Office of Registrar. III.Represents changes that are relatively minor and are judged by the Catalog Revision Committee to be sufficient for submission directly to the Office of the Registrar

30 Admission Requirements Contact/ Information http://www.fau.edu/graduate/applyonline/degrees/index.php College of Business Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Specializations: Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Health Administration, Information Systems, International Business, Marketing, Operations Management International Students Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university. Students are required to provide a course by course evaluation of their international transcripts. Evaluation must be completed by a NACES member. GMAT score of 500 or GRE test score of 153 (verbal), 144 (quantitative), and 4 (analytical writing) TOEFL score of 600 /IBT = 100 One to two page statement of your objectives, or a resume, or 2 letters of recommendation Domestic Students Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 from a regionally accredited college or university GMAT score of 500 or GRE test score of 153 (verbal), 144 (quantitative), and 4 (analytical writing) One to two page statement of your objectives, or a resume, or 2 letters of recommendation Important information about applying to Graduate School: Transcripts: Submit official transcripts in sealed envelopes from all schools attended. NOTE: If you attended one of the Florida State University System institutions, transcripts may be requested electronically. Supporting documentation: Supplemental applications, letters of recommendation, and/or portfolios should be submitted directly to your graduate program. Conduct: A "yes" answer to either of the conduct questions on the online application will require a written explanation. Additional information may be requested when your application is under review. Applications will not be fully processed until all conduct issues are cleared. Application status: Once your application has been submitted, you can check your application status online to ensure transcripts and test scores have been received. NOTE: Application status will say incomplete until an admission decision has been made. Residency classification: Your residency classification automatically defaults to non-Florida. After you are admitted, the residency officer will review your application and request additional documents by email if needed. 39 Presentation Title Slide Title Recruitment Workshop SUBMISSION AND NOTIFICATION PROCESS  Single form for both the Recruitment Grant & Fellowships o Presidential Fellowships - $5,000 per year for first two years o Provost Fellowships - $2,500 for first year only o Recruitment Grant - up to $4,000 per graduate program  Make two copies of the completed application form  Make one copy of your validated (or revised) of the form specifying your online application requirements  Submit all copies directly to the Graduate College office by Friday, October 4 th  College deans rank the proposals and return by Friday, October 11 th  Graduate programs notified of final decisions by Friday, October 18 th
