1. PAN CARD SERVICE

2. Permanent Account Number(PAN) is a unique number, issued to all the entities identifiable under Indian Income Tax Act 1961.It is equivalent to a National Identification Number and also serves as an Important identity proof. PAN Card is issued by Indian Income Tax Department under the supervision of Central Board of Direct Taxes.

3. Type of Services for PAN CARD Fresh PAN CARD APPLICATION CSF Form for LOST or CORRECTION in existing PAN CARD

4. Process Flow  Step 1: VLE Login Page- VLE goes to apna.csc.gov.in

5.  Step 2: CSC Connect Login Page – VLE enters Credentials as provided to access the service.

6.  Step 3: List of Services – VLE clicks on PAN CARD under G2C Service to avail the Service

7.  Step 4: Home Page – VLE clicks on CLICK HERE to register with UTIITSL

8.  Step 5: VLE Registration Form – VLE fills in registration form with Correct Information and Clicks on SUBMIT

9.  Step 6: After successful registration the VLE may fill the PAN CARD APPLICATION for Fresh PAN CARD or for Correction in Existing PAN CARD

10.  Step7: VLE fills in the application with all the mandatory details and submits the application

11.  Step8: Document Upload- VLE clicks on Upload Document under the New PAN Tab and upload the scanned documents

12.  Step 9: Payment- After documents upload VLE is redirected to CSC Payment Gateway where VLE enters the VLE ID and Wallet Password and proceeds for PAYMENT

13.  Step 10: Acknowledgement Receipt- After successful payment an Acknowledgement Receipt is generated for the Applicant for Future reference.

14. IRCTC SERVICE

15. IRCTC Service Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation is a subsidiary of the Indian Railways that handles the catering, tourism and online ticketing operations of the railways. Offers online rail ticket booking, and checking of ticket reservation status. Includes train schedules, availability of tickets, and a travel planner. CSCs can now book tickets through the Online portal of railways ticket booking and pay through CSC Wallet.

16. VLE IRCTC Registration  Step 1: VLE goes to apna.csc.gov.in and Clicks on IRCTC Registration Option available on Top Right Corner of the Page

17.  Step 2: After Clicking on registration link, the VLE is redirected to a new page where the VLE needs to fill in the VLE IRCTC REGISTRATION FORM and upload the required scanned documents (VLE’s PAN CARD and address proof for the centre.

18.  Step 3: Then the VLE needs to make payment after filling the registration form. Following the successful payment the VLE receives an acknowledgement number for reference.

19. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING IRCTC REGSITRATION  Please provide your Unique mobile Number and Email ID which is never used for any IRCTC related purpose.  Always mention the address of the CSC Centre and provide the address proof the same.

20. Process Flow after receiving the Agent Code  After the VLE receives the Agent Code and password on Registered EMAIL ID. The VLE needs to activate the Agent Code by logging on services.irctc.co.in

The MoU signed between CSC e-Governance Services India Limited and Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India on the 9th of June 2015 undertaking the task of online filling up of IHHL application forms of citizens/ ULBs through the Common Service Centres across the Country for making Urban Toilets.
