1. Display Ratios The Student Union displays have ratios of 16:9 Most computer displays have ratios of 4:3 This often distorts graphics when they are changed to the correct ratio

4. Step 1 First, click on ‘Design’ at the top of the screen Click the 3 rd option from the left

5. Step 2 Next, click ‘Page Setup’

6. Step 3 Click on the drop- down menu labeled ‘Slides Sized For’ Select ‘On-screen Show (16:9)’ It should be the second option down

7. Step 4 Now add your text and pictures – Be aware of how much text is being put on your slide – Less is more!

8. Step 5 All submissions must be made on CISync using the Student Union Digital Signage Request Form. Only Power Point slides saved as a JPEG or a JPEG file will be accepted.
