S1 MT Feedback S1 students receive and act readily upon feedback. Excellent materials from UTeach Exposing SS to diff style of teaching/hands-on Going beyond the required curriculum Teams were knowledgeable & prepared. Collaboration Excellent role models Rich content

Con’t. S1 students were professional S1 students taught material in depth and it helped. Receiving LP’s in advance & offering feedback Diverse students come into the classroom with enthusiasm Variety of Kits that are aligned with standards by grade level. High student engagement Made me wish to become a better mentor.
