Wall Street is fast-paced, intense, competitive and highly stressful environment Here analysts, associates and partners are under extreme pressure and are willing to take drastic measures to be relieved from the stress Yet there is an easier way to do so… It was ranked as one of the most stressful occupations

Music and Stress Music has been scientifically proven to relieve stress Incorporating music into your daily life is said to be a key aspect in improvement on your mood, brain development, the body’s immune system and can reduce levels of stress Classical Music is said to be the most effective, while heavy metal was found to be the worst The effects of music on a person depends on their personal preference of genre
