Activities throughout the week: Archery Assault course Beach games Climb and abseil High ropes Kayaking river Raft building Surfing Tunnels Zip wire Evening activities Campfire Pool Olympics shelter building Appledore mystery trail All leaders are fully trained and all activities have been risked assessed by Skern Lodge. There will also be a member of Old Priory with each group

4. Kit list: Lots of socks! 2 pairs of old trouser (not jeans as they can be restricting) Shorts T shirts Hoodies or jumpers- layers Swimming costume Nightwear Waterproof coat Trainers Old trainer (that can get muddy) Wellies (if you have them) Please note that a full list is in the pack

5. Wash kit 2 towels Plastic bag for dirty clothes! I drinking bottle Torch (if you have one) Sun cream Sunhat PLEASE NAME EVERYTHING All kit will need to be in one large bag/suitcase and clearly labelled

6. Pocket money There will be an opportunity to go to the tuck shop each night. If you child would like to bring some pocket money they will need to place their money into separate envelops clearly labelled with their name and the day- one envelope per night Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday- no tuck on Friday Their money will be stored safety by a member of staff and given out each evening. Maximum of £2 each night If they wish to purchase a hoodie (£22) or T-shirt (£6.50) this will need to be in a separate envelope clearly labelled.

7. Medical Please fill in the medical form that is in your pack. Medication will be administered by Old Priory staff when stated on the medical form. This will also be stored safety throughout the day. Please hand in on the morning of the trip. Travel sickness tablets have to have a medical form filled in.

8. Additional information Children are not to bring ANY electrical items- cameras, phones or ipads. They can bring a disposable camera if they wish however staff will be taking lots of photos. Unfortunately at this time we cannot confirm room allocations. Children will arrive on the 11 th at 9.30am to catch the coach at 10am. More information will follow.
