4. What is a Disaster Recovery Plan? It is a business plan that describes how work can be resumed as quickly and effectively after a disaster. It is also part of a business continuity plan which applies to organizations that rely on IT Infrastructure Services.

5. What should I add to my DR Plan? A plan to acquire hardware A communication plan A list of people to be contacted if a disaster occurs Instructions for contacting the people involved in the response to the disaster Information about who owns the administration of the plan A checklist of required task for each recovery scenario. This will help you review how disaster recovery is progressing.
