Too much attention to detail can slow things down Inconsistent project management Short of resource They have been late with a recent order, probably they are downstream on the supply chain Sometimes project feedback regarding time left on the project isn’t very proactive I think they rely on best estimates upfront when really you maybe need 15 -20% contingency
