Eager to try new ideas, open to change, willing to take risks. Leader: Approx. 17% of any group. Open to change but more thoughtful in getting involved.

Cautious and deliberate about deciding to adopt an innovation. Late Majority: Approx. 29% of any group. Skeptical about adopting new ideas and are “set in their ways.” Resisters: Approx. 17% of any group. These individuals are suspicious and generally opposed to new ideas.
