Need to consider arrangements if ESR not possible Immunisation Clearance - all agreed with protocol flowcharts - TB / MMR / VZV / Hep B / EPP Regional KPI agreed / Data to demonstrate impact of programme still to be undertaken

Lesson Learned Ensure all group are fully briefed re: project New members to work stream often not briefed by employer - impacts on initial engagement Keep to focus of project / outcomes Don’t get distracted by local differences! Work in sub groups Gain agreement and feedback – more productive than big group discussions! KEY to success………… All need to participate – 1 in / All in
