4 You are expected to produce 4x A3 sides per week, this includes lessons and homework combined. We are looking for all work to be completed to the best of your ability – rushed work will have to be re-done. Most work done outside of lessons will be set individually to link in with your personal project We would expect several of your free study periods to be dedicated to Artwork Year 12/13 must be thoughtful and considerate of other learners being taught in the Art room during their free periods. You will have independent use of studio space but cannot be a distraction to the learning environment. Students in Art must always tidy up after themselves and leave the room in a tidy state. All work and materials must be put away after use.. Weekly Expectations for Homework and Classwork in Art

14 Writing Research Pages: The quality of your written work is important! Do not copy and paste, always try to divide your research into the following areas: Meaning – What does the work mean? Content – Describe What you can see in the work. Method – How was it made? What techniques were used? If you can’t find information on this discuss how you think it was made. My Opinion – Do you like the work, why? For a neater result try producing your entire research page on PowerPoint or Word, it is much quicker and the final outcome is very neat You do not gain extra marks for cutting and sticking!

15 Form What is the shape and structure of the artwork? Content What is included? What can you see? Process How was it made? What materials have been used? Mood How does the work make you feel? How has the artist created this mood?
