3. January 11-14, 2017  We leave Wednesday after school (ON A BUS!)  We return Saturday evening.

4.  Any Oak Park students serious about theatre  Any Oak Park students looking to get more involved in theatre  Any Oak Park students wanting educational theatre experiences beyond the ”norm”  Both Thespian Members and NON Thespian Members may attend (there is a small price difference)

5.  All conference activities, shows, and classes are supervised by theatre teachers, and adults approved by MO Thespians.  Attend theatre performances (Main Stage full length shows, and One Acts)  Workshops lead by industry professionals and theatre educators  Classes on just about every topic in theatre  Auditions & Tech Interviews for college/ college scholarships  Improv Olympics  Tech Challenge  Acting, and Technical Individual Events  Dance  Troupe ensemble building & hanging out with some really cool people (like Mr. Gehrlein)

7.  Apply for financial assistance with Mr. Gehrlein-–he will be allocating a portion of his theatre budget to help families in need who apply.  Work concessions at games for PTSA—may go to down-payment!  Work our fall festival in October-–more info TBA!  Thespians Raffle @ The Little Mermaid

8.  Mr. Gehrlein will only be taking up to 36 students max.  The first 36 students to make a down-payment of $50 on or before Wednesday, October 19th will be eligible to attend.  All theatre obligations must be cleared before a student may make a down-payment.  Students wishing to participate in a conference activity must be an inducted Thespian Member—please indicate activity interest on google form at ophstheatre.orgophstheatre.org  Conference Forms (Students & Adults) are due on or before Wednesday, October 19th— students missing a form on this day will be dropped from the trip!  Rooms will be determined once our group is finalized. Individual invoices will be given to parents based on their conference activities and room size—it is my priority to ensure we have 4 to a room
