The Origin Long long ago, there was a kind of scary monster named “Nien”.

The Origin The “Nien” monster would come out from the deep mountain and eat people on Chinese New year’s Eve.

The Origin People were afraid of the “Nien” monster very much, and tried to solve this big problem.

The Origin Luckily, they found that the monster was afraid of light, noise, and the red color.
