14. Fluid Heater System P50-0021 110 REPLACE BURNER FUEL FILTERS P50-0033 230 CLEAN PUMP STRAINER Clean the line strainer between the type I tank and pump. Inside the fuel pump is a screen for straining out large particles from going through the system. Once annually, this screen should be removed and cleaned. The screen is accessed by removing the top of the fuel pump. Replace burner fuel filters.

15. Fluid Heater System PM50-0100 115 INSPECT HEATER COILS FOR CARBON BUILDUP Visually inspect the coil of the heat exchanger for carbon build up or blockage. With the gun assembly removed, inspection can be accomplished with a drop light or flash light.

36. Maintenance Lubrication WARNING: KEEP CLEAR OF THE GEARS WHILE ROTATING THE AERIAL LIFT AND ALWAYS REINSTALL THE COVERS AFTER COMPLETING THE LUBRICATION. ANYTHING CAUGHT BETWEEN THE GEARS WILL BE CRUSHED.
