2 AND  The words and, but, or are joining words or conjunctions. They are used to join words as well as sentences.

3 AND  And is the connecting word that informs the learner that something is more for example  The bird can fly, the bird can hop which means the bird can fly and hop.  On the above sentence ‘and ‘ is used to join both sentences that the bird can fly and hop.

4 BUT  BUT, IS THE CONNECTING WORD THAT MAKES A CONTRUCT BETTWEEEN TWO SENTENCES FOR EXAMPLE  HE HIT THE BALL, HE DROPPED THE BAT, WHICH MENAS HE HIT THE BALL BUT DROPPED THE BAT AND HERE BUT IS USED TO JOIN THE SENTENCES WITH UNLIKE IDEAS

5 OR  OR IS THE CONNECTING WORD THAT SUGGEST THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE CHOICE FOR EXAMPLE  WE CAN EAT PIZZA, WE CAN EAT BURGER, WHICH MENAS WE CAN EAT PIZZA OR BURGER.  HERE ‘OR’ IS USED TO GIVE A CHOICE BETWEEN A PIZZA AND BURGER.

6 CONCLUSION  THE LEARNERS WILL BE ABLE DISTINGUISH BETWEEN THREE CONNECTING WORDS OF WHICH IS AND,BUT,OR
