3. HP Marketing Suitcase Set Up
For set up you will need:
•A minimum of 500GB disk space is required to allow synchronization with the server, if disk space is below that value, the synchronization will stop, and a message will pop up telling the users that their disk space is too low
•For Internal HP Personnel, an HP digital badge, either Class A or Class B will be needed when connecting out of the HP network—for instructions on installation of an HP digital badge go to
•Channel Partners, will need an BPIA Badge Partner Authentication (same one used to access the CE suitcase, no need for another badge if you are already using the CE suitcase). Badge can be obtained at

4. HP Marketing Suitcase Set Up
1.) Run from the download link to begin set up or open the zip file sent as an attachment
2.) Read License Agreement, agree to terms, and click “next”

3.) Select “Indigo Sales & marketing” as your Product Group, and click “Next”
4.) Choose the segments relevant to you, and click “Next”

6.) The HP Indigo HP Radar Marketing Suitcase Window should then appear. Click “Check for updates” and HP Marketing Suitcase is ready for use!

9. Accessing the HP Marketing Suitcase
A Marketing Suitcase icon shortcut should automatically appear on your desktop:
The HP Radar client symbol will also appear on your computer lower menu bar:
You can also go to your lower Windows Menu > All Programs > HP Indigo Marketing Suitcase

10. Using HP Marketing Suitcase: Check Update Tab
When an update is available, HP Radar automatically appears It is also possible to manually start HP Radar and check for updates

11. Using HP Marketing Suitcase: Solutions Tab
In the Solutions tab, you can see solutions that are available via HP Marketing Suitcase
A progress bar displays during download
Clicking the application button will show the new items that were updated, added or removed
Clicking the “synchronize” button will open the explorer of the category folder: you can manually synchronize two solutions at a time
In the event of a failure, click “reset” to restart the download

In the Setup tab, you can configure the following:
Proxy settings
Daily update time
Automatic download
The “About” button displays the HP Indigo HP Radar version

13. Frequently asked questions
Q: I have a valid digital badge, but now I am getting a notice of no digital badge found on my computer.
A: Please install the new Radar version, 3.3.i3 required as a result of HP Inc. separation. 
Q: I replaced my laptop/hard drive and now the marketing suitcase has disappeared. How do I restore my files?
A: You must reinstall the HP Radar application and resync content. The suitcase cannot be copied to a new computer.
Q: I installed the suitcase and opened the shortcut link, but the folders are all empty. Where is the content?
A: You must wait about 30 minutes for all of the files to download. If you don’t get a prompt for new folders to download, right click on the Radar symbol (satellite dish icon) on your lower tool bar, select open, and check for updates. Remember, you can only download two folders at a time.
Q: How do I add more suitcases using the HP Radar application?
A: You must run the HP Radar application again and select all the suitcases you want installed on your computer, including reselecting the Indigo Sales and Marketing Suitcase. You won’t need to wait to download content that is already on your computer.
Q: Can I install the suitcase on my Mac?
A: Radar is based on Microsoft windows. It can be used if you install “Parallels desktop programs”.
