2. For Producers: In order to establish you as a new producer and to establish your farm, the following information is required.
For Entities –
*Articles of incorporation, partnership agreement, Trust documents, etc. (if applicable)
For the Farm-
*Physical location of the farm
*Section, Township, Range, and Parcel Number
*Deed or Lease
*The total acreage for each parcel
