3. Experiences
Ecoxy has focused to build up a smart and efficient way of performing the verification.
We have some tools that make it easy to document our work and prevent us from repeating work from previous years.
We start verification on large installations in the autumn.
Educate operators to report early.
Managed to avoid to much work in March, but still room for improvements.
More experience and knowledge among all, but still some operators that have difficulties.

4. Experiences
All operators report every year on improvements, when verifier has found non-conformities.
Some operators lack feedback from Mdir on the reports.
We also mean that Mdir can do better follow up.
F. ex. when we state that MP has faults, they should get an updated MP before the next season.
Installations with low emissions (<25000 tons) “shall be exempt from the requirement of reporting on improvement referred to in Article 69(4)” (article 47(3))
Mdir should inform operators about this article and should not demand reports.

5. Experiences
Operators have started to buy standard commercial fuel (heavy oil) from Sweden. There is no “Justervesen” in Sweden”, so the requirements in MP is lot followed.
For kildestrøm 1 og 2 skal den kvotepliktige bruke faktura som grunnlag for å bestemme mengden aktivitetsdata. Dette forutsetter at den kvotepliktige har skriftlig dokumentasjon på at måleutstyret som er benyttet er underlagt kontroll av Justervesenet eller annen tilsvarende myndighet i land som er omfattet av EUs kvotesystem.
Mdir has stated that accredited calibration can replace “Justervesenet”. MP will first be updated
