Reporting Requirements

Easy to use Step-by-step “how to” manual How to plan, manage, design, budget, construct and market an ADU Make it easier for applicants and staff to understand/explain ADU requirements and to provide technical assistance Questions We Have: Who should be the primary audience(s)? What level of detail is useful? Are design prototypes useful? How detailed should design information be — and is the intent to eventually have“pre- approved” ADU plans?

Purpose: the approach to 21 Elements’ work in preparing an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Manual. For the small groups discussion and report out, please select (1) someone to facilitate and record comments, and (2) someone to report out the small group results. — Small Group Discussion (20 minutes) — Report from the Small Groups (10 minutes) — Comment Sheet (please hand in)
