Perhaps: “Cup is half full” Gender mismatch(gap) on perceptions Gap is less than Nat Aver Basic Science faculty are less “happy” Funding outlook? Low leadership aspirations Opportunity for FD Faculty( esp. adm.) desire(need) more mentoring Opportunity to effect positive change
