Jeers: To whoever is responsible for scheduling various events at the Will Rogers Coliseum and the surrounding area at the same time and not giving a thought about the lack of parking. On a recent Saturday, I gave up and left. Cheers to those who were able to find a parking space to attend an event. -Glen Hunt, Bedford NEED REVISION The WRMC parking system provides parking for the entire Cultural District. It is the only parking for the WRMC events, Museum of Science & History, and National Cowgirl Museum. Contract Terms The term of the Agreement will be for three years with three one (1) year options. The contract is for 11 months per year. Operators will be compensated with a fixed monthly management fee, plus reimbursed for budgeted operating expenses. The scope of work consists of all aspects of operating the parking facilities, including but not limited to, maintenance, revenue collection and control, parking enforcement, and staffing. Parking fees are anticipated to begin when the City receives a Certificate of Occupancy on Western Heritage Parking Garage. .

Next Steps Return to Council after Standard Parking and Staff have finalized policies and proposed rates for parking system Standard Parking and CFW will continue to meet with museums, clients, neighborhood and other tenants related to parking operations Obtain Revenue Control Equipment and Signage for WRMC Parking System
