Big hierarchy + Unification Light SM like Higgs (125 GeV): weak self-coupling Little hierarchy problem Missing superpartner (mq~ >1.5 TeV LHC7+8) Higgs is too heavy multi-TeV stop ? Fine tuning <1% Solution: “TeV scale mirage mediation in NMSSM !”

Summary NMSSM in TeV scale mirage mediation is attractive scenario solving the little hierarchy problem in SUSY. Fine-tuning is of O(10)% for M0=1.5 TeV . Approximate scale symmetry suppresses the doublet-singlet mixing in the CP-even H mass matrix. ~20% deviation is predicted in the SM-like Higgs coupling constants. (50% for bb with tanβ=10) Hidden singlet Higgs provides good opportunity for LHC/ILC new physics search. Minimal DM is on the verge of exclusion/observation.
